Divis Laboratories allots equity shares

Under bonus issue

Divis Laboratories announced that Allotment Committee of Board of Directors in its meeting held on 28 September 2015 made the allotment of 13,27,34,290 equity shares of Rs. 2/- each as Bonus Shares to the shareholders of the Company in the ratio of 1:1.

Consequently, the paid-up equity share capital of the Company has increased to 26,54,68,580 equity shares from 13,27,34,290 equity shares of face value Rs. 2/- each.
