DQ Entertainment International announces withdrawal of nominee director

With effect from 08 December 2014

DQ Entertainment International announced that Export Import Bank of India has withdrawn the nomination of Manjiri Bhalerao, (being a Nominee Director) from the Directorship of the Company with effect from 08 December 2014. The notice was received by the Company on 19 December 2014.

The Board of Directors, vide resolution by circulation as per the provisions of Section 175 of Companies Act, 2013 and rules made thereunder have considered and accepted the withdrawal of nomination of Manjiri Bhalerao from the Directorship of the Company, with effect from 19 December 2014.
