E.I.D.-Parry (India) to consider dividend

E.I.D.-Parry (India) will hold a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company on 09 May 2018, inter alia consider and approve the audited financial results of the Company for the financial year ended March 31, 2018, recommend dividend for the financial year (FY) ended March 31, 2018, and consider approval of issue of Non-Convertible Debentures during FY 2018-19 in one or more tranches.
