At buyback price of Rs 2000
eClerx Services announced that the Share Buyback Committee of Board of Directors at its meeting held on 23 January 2018 has determined the buyback price of Rs 2000 and the final buyback amount (size) to be Rs 258 crore. The total number of shares to be bought back in the buyback shall be 12,90,000 equity shares representing about 3.24% of the total issued and paid up equity share capital as on 31 March 2017.Powered by Capital Market - Live News
