EID Parry India acquires entire stake in subsidiary

Silkroad Sugar becomes wholly owned subsidiary of EID Parry India

EID Parry India announced that the Company held 99% holding in the Equity Share Capital of Silkroad Sugar, a subsidiary of the Company.

Further, the Company on 03 September 2014, has acquired balance 1% of the equity shares of Silkroad Sugar from the existing shareholders.

With this acquisition, Silkroad Sugar has become a wholly owned subsidiary of the Company.
