Engineers India announces cessation of directors

With effect from 04 July 2015

Engineers India announced that Bijoy Chatterjee, Dr. R K Shevgaonkar and Dr. J P Gupta, Non-Official Independent Directors, Engineers India ceased to be Directors of the Company w.e.f. 04 July 2015 in terms of Ministry of Petroleum and Natural Gas letter dated 04 July 2012.
