Engineers India announced that Numaligarh Refinery has awarded engineering, procurement and construction management services (EPCM) to the Company for cross country crude and product pipelines and crude oil terminal. With a total length of over 2000 kms, it is one of the largest pipeline networks to be set up in North Eastern region.
