Eros International Media net profit rises 260.54% in the March 2014 quarter

Sales rise 83.29% to Rs 280.97 crore

Net profit of Eros International Media rose 260.54% to Rs 34.54 crore in the quarter ended March 2014 as against Rs 9.58 crore during the previous quarter ended March 2013. Sales rose 83.29% to Rs 280.97 crore in the quarter ended March 2014 as against Rs 153.29 crore during the previous quarter ended March 2013.

For the full year,net profit declined 2.92% to Rs 113.67 crore in the year ended March 2014 as against Rs 117.09 crore during the previous year ended March 2013. Sales declined 7.37% to Rs 857.12 crore in the year ended March 2014 as against Rs 925.31 crore during the previous year ended March 2013.
