Eveready Industries India standalone net profit rises 12.23% in the March 2017 quarter

Sales rise 7.49% to Rs 304.61 crore

Net profit of Eveready Industries India rose 12.23% to Rs 10.46 crore in the quarter ended March 2017 as against Rs 9.32 crore during the previous quarter ended March 2016. Sales rose 7.49% to Rs 304.61 crore in the quarter ended March 2017 as against Rs 283.39 crore during the previous quarter ended March 2016.

For the full year,net profit rose 35.54% to Rs 93.63 crore in the year ended March 2017 as against Rs 69.08 crore during the previous year ended March 2016. Sales rose 2.38% to Rs 1355.18 crore in the year ended March 2017 as against Rs 1323.63 crore during the previous year ended March 2016.
