Net profit of Fedders Lloyd Corporation declined 64.18% to Rs 5.91 crore in the quarter ended June 2014 as against Rs 16.50 crore during the previous quarter ended June 2013. Sales declined 1.32% to Rs 289.57 crore in the quarter ended June 2014 as against Rs 293.44 crore during the previous quarter ended June 2013.

For the full year,net profit declined 9.75% to Rs 44.81 crore in the year ended June 2014 as against Rs 49.65 crore during the previous year ended June 2013. Sales rose 14.25% to Rs 1160.34 crore in the year ended June 2014 as against Rs 1015.60 crore during the previous year ended June 2013.
