Fortis Healthcare allots equity shares

Under ESOP

Fortis Healthcare announced that the Nomination and Remuneration Committee of the Company has approved allotment of 1,000 Equity Shares of Rs. 10/- each, to a grantee, upon exercise of vested stock options, under the Employee Stock Option Plan 2007 of the Company.

Consequent to the said allotment, the paid-up equity share capital of the Company stands increased to Rs. 4,628,847,940/- divided into 462,884,794 equity shares of Rs. 10/- each.
