Radiant offers to buy Fortis Mulund Hospital immediately

Fortis Healthcare has received a revised offer from Radiant Life Care on 24 April 2018. The offer primarily comprising of a binding offer to only purchase Fortis Mulund Hospital, without due diligence and as a going concern, at an enterprise value of Rs 1200 crore as the first step with the objective of providing immediate liquidity to Fortis Healthcare.
