Frontier Capital announces resignation of director and company secretary

Frontier Capital announced that :

1. Vankat Govind Raghavan, Independent Director of the Company has resigned from its post with effect from 30 May 2016.

2. Sarika Shinde, Company Secretary of the Company has resigned from its post with effect from 17 June 2016.
