Future Consumer Enterprise announces change in directorate

With effect from 01 September 2015

Future Consumer Enterprise announced that:

1. Adhiraj Harish has been appointed as an Additional Director of the Company with effect from 01 September 2015 ; and

2. Jagdish Shenoy has ceased to be a Director of the Company with effect from 01 September 2015.
