Future Consumer enters into JV with L T Foods and Genoa

For distribution of Sona Masoori / regional South Indian rice

Future Consumer announced that the Company has entered into a Joint Venture Agreement dated 06 December 2016 with L T Foods and Genoa Rice Mills (Genoa), for undertaking the business of manufacturing, marketing, sales, sourcing and distribution of Sona Masoori / regional South Indian rice, as per the terms and conditions agreed under the said Joint Venture Agreement.
