GAIL (India) announces change in Govt. nominee director

GAIL (India) announced that the Board of Directors of the company approved the appointment of Usha Suresh, Senior Economic Advisor, MoP&NG on 14 December 2020, in place of Esha Srivastava, Director (IC), MoP&NG as Government Nominee Director on the Board of Directors of GAIL (India) w.e.f. 10 December 2020 for a period of 3 years on co-terminus basis or until further orders, whichever is earlier.
