Issue price is Rs 12.68 per equity share

Gammon Infrastructure Projects announced that the QIP Committee of Directors at its meeting held on 04 September 2014, has approved the following:

1. Declaring the closure of the QIP on 04 September 2014.

2. Determining and approving the issue price of Rs.12.68/- per Equity Share; and

3. Approving and adopting the placement document dated 04 September 2014, in connection with the QIP.
