Garware Polyester announces cessation of Joint Managing Director

With effect from 30 September 2014

Garware Polyester announced that Sonia Garware, ceased to be Joint Managing Director of the Company w.e.f. 30 September 2014. However she will continue to act as Non-Executive Director of the Company.
