Gateway Distriparks updates on investigation by Customs Department

Subsidiary company - Chandra CFS continues under suspension

Gateway Distriparks announced that the company has received order from Chennai High Court - which has dismissed its appeal and upheld the Customs Tribunal order to suspend Chandra CFS (subsidiary company), pending completion of investigation.

The High Court has further asked Customs Department to complete the investigation preferably within 3 months and pass orders as per regulations.

Hence, Chandra CFS will continue to be under suspension pending completion of investigation and passing orders by Customs Department.
