GE T&D India standalone net profit rises 70.94% in the March 2017 quarter

Sales rise 26.89% to Rs 1196.25 crore

Net profit of GE T&D India rose 70.94% to Rs 46.12 crore in the quarter ended March 2017 as against Rs 26.98 crore during the previous quarter ended March 2016. Sales rose 26.89% to Rs 1196.25 crore in the quarter ended March 2017 as against Rs 942.71 crore during the previous quarter ended March 2016.

For the full year,net loss reported to Rs 86.66 crore in the year ended March 2017 as against net profit of Rs 34.50 crore during the previous year ended March 2016. Sales rose 22.67% to Rs 4052.13 crore in the year ended March 2017 as against Rs 3303.36 crore during the previous year ended March 2016.
