GEE will hold a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company on 30 May 2015, to consider and take on record the audited financial results of the Company for year ended 31 March 2015. & to recommend dividend, if any, for the year ended 31 March 2015, subject to the approval of the Members of the Company at the forthcoming Annual Genera) Meeting.
