Genus Power Infrastructures allots equity shares

Under ESOS

Genus Power Infrastructures announced that consequent to exercise of Stock Options granted under the Employees Stock Option Scheme-2012 ("ESOS-2012") of the Company, the Company on 27 May 2015 has allotted total 1,28,355 equity shares of face value of Re. 1/- each consisting of 98,244 equity shares of face value of Re. 1/- each at an exercise price of Rs. 7/- per equity share and 30,111 equity shares of face value of Re. 1/- each at an exercise price of Rs. 6/- per equity share.
