GMR Infrastructure announces names of subsidiaries

Under provisions of Companies Act 2013

GMR Infrastructure announced that the following Companies have become Subsidiary of the Company in accordance with the provisions of the Companies Act, 2013;

1. East Godavari Power Distribution Company;

2. Suzone Properties; and

3. Lilliam Properties.
