Godrej Properties allots 30,442 equity shares under ESGS

Godrej Properties has allotted 30,442 Equity Shares of Rs.5 per Equity Share to the option grantees in terms of the GPL ESGS. Consequently, with effect from 28 May 2021, the issued, subscribed and paid up capital of the Company stands increased to Rs.138,98,67,465 consisting of 27,79,73,493 equity shares of Rs. 5 each.
