Godrej Properties consolidated net profit declines 35.48% in the March 2020 quarter

Sales rise 10.44% to Rs 1163.05 crore

Net profit of Godrej Properties declined 35.48% to Rs 101.08 crore in the quarter ended March 2020 as against Rs 156.66 crore during the previous quarter ended March 2019. Sales rose 10.44% to Rs 1163.05 crore in the quarter ended March 2020 as against Rs 1053.09 crore during the previous quarter ended March 2019.

For the full year,net profit rose 5.55% to Rs 267.21 crore in the year ended March 2020 as against Rs 253.15 crore during the previous year ended March 2019. Sales declined 13.34% to Rs 2441.42 crore in the year ended March 2020 as against Rs 2817.40 crore during the previous year ended March 2019.
