Grasim Industries acquires 100% stake in Soktas India

Grasim Industries has acquired 100% equity share capital of Soktas India (SIPL) on 29 March 2019. Consequent to acquisition of the 100% share capital, SIPL has become wholly owned subsidiary of the Company, w.e.f. 29 March 2019. SIPL is in the business of manufacturing and the distribution of premium cotton fabrics.
