Grasim Industries subscribe to preferential issue of shares by Aditya Birla Capital

Grasim Industries has agreed to subscribe to the equity shares proposed by Aditya Birla Capital (ABCL) on a preferential basis up to an amount not exceeding Rs. 770 crore, subject to necessary regulatory approvals. Post completion of the transaction, Grasim shareholding in ABCL will reduce from 55.97% to 54.29%.
