Gruh Finance allots equity shares

Gruh Finance announced that the company on 07 February 2014 has allotted 47,295 equity shares of Rs 2 each pursuant to exercise of stock options by certain employees. Post allotment, the paid-up equity share capital of the company stands at Rs 35,96,19,760 consisting 17,98,09,880 equity shares of Rs 2 each.
