Gujarat Borosil standalone net profit rises 113.49% in the March 2017 quarter

Sales decline 7.69% to Rs 50.05 crore

Net profit of Gujarat Borosil rose 113.49% to Rs 6.49 crore in the quarter ended March 2017 as against Rs 3.04 crore during the previous quarter ended March 2016. Sales declined 7.69% to Rs 50.05 crore in the quarter ended March 2017 as against Rs 54.22 crore during the previous quarter ended March 2016.

For the full year,net profit rose 89.64% to Rs 14.28 crore in the year ended March 2017 as against Rs 7.53 crore during the previous year ended March 2016. Sales rose 0.75% to Rs 182.96 crore in the year ended March 2017 as against Rs 181.60 crore during the previous year ended March 2016.
