Gujarat Fluorochemicals announced that ICICI Bank has carved out Bank Guarantee Limits of the Company, for an amount of upto Rs 60 crore, out of the existing working capital facilities sanctioned to the Company, and issued four (4) Performance Bank Guarantees, of Rs 10 crore each, aggregating to Rs 40 crore, on behalf of its step-down Subsidiaries viz of Vuelta Wind Energy, Tempest Wind Energy, Flurry Wind Energy and Aliento Wind Energy , in favour of Solar Energy Corporation of India , and accordingly, the Company has accepted liability to repay to the Bank any outstanding dues in respect of the said carved out Bank Guarantee Limits.Powered by Capital Market - Live News
