Gujarat Mineral Development Corporation standalone net profit rises 127.59% in the March 2017 quarter

Sales rise 48.80% to Rs 525.49 crore

Net profit of Gujarat Mineral Development Corporation rose 127.59% to Rs 90.01 crore in the quarter ended March 2017 as against Rs 39.55 crore during the previous quarter ended March 2016. Sales rose 48.80% to Rs 525.49 crore in the quarter ended March 2017 as against Rs 353.16 crore during the previous quarter ended March 2016.

For the full year,net profit rose 44.38% to Rs 324.23 crore in the year ended March 2017 as against Rs 224.57 crore during the previous year ended March 2016. Sales rose 30.37% to Rs 1536.65 crore in the year ended March 2017 as against Rs 1178.71 crore during the previous year ended March 2016.
