Sales rise 9.68% to Rs 1308.31 crore

Net profit of Gujarat Narmada Valley Fertilizers & Chemicals reported to Rs 99.09 crore in the quarter ended March 2016 as against net loss of Rs 325.78 crore during the previous quarter ended March 2015. Sales rose 9.68% to Rs 1308.31 crore in the quarter ended March 2016 as against Rs 1192.89 crore during the previous quarter ended March 2015.

For the full year,net profit reported to Rs 226.36 crore in the year ended March 2016 as against net loss of Rs 452.07 crore during the previous year ended March 2015. Sales declined 2.01% to Rs 4548.30 crore in the year ended March 2016 as against Rs 4641.52 crore during the previous year ended March 2015.
