GVK Power & Infrastructure appoints director

With effect from 31 March 2015

GVK Power & Infrastructure announced that the Board of Directors of the Company, based on the recommendations of the Nomination & Remuneration Committee, through a Circular Resolution has appointed Santha K John as an additional director (Independent) of the Company for a term of 5 years from 31 March 2015 to 30 March 2020, subject to approval of the shareholders.
