Hatsun Agro Product acquires Feed Mill unit

For Rs 13.50 crore

Hatsun Agro Product announced that it has completed the of a Feed Mill unit belonging to VKS Farms, Coimbatore on Out-right basis for Rs 13.50 crore in all cash deal on 31 December 2015 under the Private Treaty Agreement with the Indian Overseas Bank, Mid Corporate Branch, Coimbatore and VKS Farms.
