HB Stockholdings announced that the company has fixed 12 March 2018 (close of business hours) as the 'HBSL Record Date' for the following purposes:-1. For reckoning the names of the Equity Shareholders of HBSL who shall be entitled to receive the Equity Shares of HBPL in consideration for the Demerger of HBSL 'Long Term Equity Investment Undertaking' and transfer and vesting of the same into HBPL (Demerger 1) and for the Demerger of HBSL 'Preference Shares Investment Undertaking' and transfer and vesting of the same into HBEDL (Demerger 2) as provided in Part B & Part C of the Scheme respectively.
2. For the Reduction of Issued, Subscribed and Paid-up Equity Share Capital and Reorganisation of the Authorised Share Capital simultaneously as provided in Part E of the Scheme upon transfer and vesting of Demerged Undertakings from HBSL to HBPL & HBEDL in Demerger 1 & 2 respectively.
