HCL Infosystems plans rights issue aggregating Rs 499.09 cr

To issue 10.61 crore rights shares at price of Rs 47 each

HCL Infosystems announced that the Rights Issue Committee of the Board at its meeting held on 20 October 2017 approved the following -

a)Issue of Equity Shares by way of Rights Issue to the eligible shareholders of the Company, for an amount aggregating to Rs. 499.09 crore;

b)The Rights Issue to be offered at a price of Rs. 47 including a premium of Rs. 45;

c)The total number of rights equity shares to be issued:106,190,299;

d)Rights entitlement ratio is fixed at a ratio of 10 rights equity share for every 21 equity share held by the eligible shareholders of the Company whose names appear on the Register of Members or list of depositories as members or beneficial owners, as at the end of business hours on the Record date;

e)Record Date for the purpose of determining the shareholders eligible to apply for the Equity shares in the Rights Issue is Wednesday, 1 November, 2017.
