HDFC allots 10.98 lakh equity shares under ESOS

Housing Development Finance Corporation has allotted 10,98,717 equity shares of Rs. 2 each of the Corporation under distinctive numbers 1798396146 to 1799494862 (both numbers inclusive) pursuant to exercise of stock options by certain directors and employees of the Corporation.

Post the above allotment, the paid-up share capital of the Corporation 1s Rs. 359,89,89,724 consisting of 179,94,94,862 equity shares ofRs. 2 each.
