HDFC allots 11.05 lakh equity shares under ESOP
Capital MarketHousing Development Finance Corporation has allotted 11,05,631 equity shares of Rs. 2 each of the Corporation pursuant to exercise of stock options by certain directors and employees of the Corporation on 24 February 2021.
Post the above allotment, the paid-up share capital of the Corporation is Rs. 360,60,76,060 consisting
of 180,30,38,030 equity shares of Rs. 2 each.
