HDFC AMC gets allotted 2.20 cr equity shares of AMC Repo Clearing

HDFC Asset Management Company has been allotted 2,20,60,307 equity shares of AMC Repo Clearing (ARCL) of Rs. 10 each having an aggregate nominal value of Rs. 22,06,03,070/-; and accordingly the excess subscription amount of Rs. 11,96,930 paid on 30 August 2021 will be refunded by ARCL to the Company.
