AGC Networks allots 2.74 lakh equity shares under ESOP

AGC Networks has allotted 2,74,346 Equity shares to eligible ESOP holders pursuant to exercise of ESOP options granted under AGC Networks Employee Stock Option Scheme, 2015.

Consequently, as on 20 September 2021, the Issued, Subscribed and Paid-up Capital of the Company stands increased to Rs. 32,80,81,760/- divided into 3,28,08,176 Equity Shares of Rs. 10/- each.
