HDFC Bank net profit rises 23.11% in the March 2014 quarter

Total Operating Income rise 15.71% to Rs 10788.56 crore

Net profit of HDFC Bank rose 23.11% to Rs 2326.52 crore in the quarter ended March 2014 as against Rs 1889.84 crore during the previous quarter ended March 2013. Total Operating Income rose 15.71% to Rs 10788.56 crore in the quarter ended March 2014 as against Rs 9323.91 crore during the previous quarter ended March 2013.

For the full year,net profit rose 26.05% to Rs 8478.40 crore in the year ended March 2014 as against Rs 6726.28 crore during the previous year ended March 2013. Total Operating Income rose 17.31% to Rs 41135.54 crore in the year ended March 2014 as against Rs 35064.87 crore during the previous year ended March 2013.
