Hindalco Industries net profit declines 24.68% in the March 2013 quarter
Capital MarketNet profit of Hindalco Industries declined 24.68% to Rs 482.03 crore in the quarter ended March 2013 as against Rs 639.99 crore during the previous quarter ended March 2012. Sales declined 8.56% to Rs 6915.59 crore in the quarter ended March 2013 as against Rs 7563.33 crore during the previous quarter ended March 2012.
For the Audited full year,net profit declined 24.05% to Rs 1699.20 crore in the year ended March 2013 as against Rs 2237.20 crore during the previous year ended March 2012. Sales declined 2.16% to Rs 25784.31 crore in the year ended March 2013 as against Rs 26353.06 crore during the previous year ended March 2012.
