Hinduja Foundries announces cessation of Chairman

With effect from 12 June 2015

Hinduja Foundries announced that R. Seshasayee has resigned as director of the Board of the Company and ceased to be the Chairman of the Company.

The Board has received letter of resignation dated 12 June 2015 and recorded the same vide Circular Resolution on 26 June 2015.
