With effect from 01 January 2020
Hindustan Copper announced that Arun Kumar Shukla, Director (Operations), Hindustan Copper has assumed charge of the post of Chairman and Managing Director (CMD), HCL on 1 January 2020. Santosh Sharma ceased to be CMD, HCL on attaining the age of superannuation on 31 December 2019.Further, Sanjay Kumar Bhattacharya, ceased to be Director (Mining) of the Company on attaining the age of superannuation on 31 December 2019.
