Hindustan Foods announces extension of agreement with Pepsico India Holdings

Upto the period of 31 July 2015

Hindustan Foods announced about the Manufacturing and Supply Agreement entered by the Company with Pepsico India Holdings to manufacture Kurkure Extruded Products and any other products, as may be mutually agreed in future, under the trademark of 'Pepsico' at the Company's manufacturing facility located at Usgaon, Ponda, Goa - 403407, for the period upto 30 June 2014, is now extended upto 31 July 2015.

Therefore, the Company will continue to manufacture the products as said above to Pepsico on same terms and conditions as informed before, upto the period of 31 July 2015.
