Hindustan Foods receives NCLT approval for scheme of arrangement and amalgamation

Hindustan Foods announced that on 21 December 2021 the company received the approval of the Hon'ble National Company Law Tribunal, Mumbai Bench for the Composite Scheme of Arrangement and Amalgamation between Avalon Cosmetics (demerged company) and ATC Beverages (transferor company) and Hindustan Foods (resulting company) and their respective Shareholders (composite scheme).
