Hindustan Unilever Ltd Spikes 2.46%, S&P BSE FMCG Sector index Rises 1.33%

Hindustan Unilever Ltd has added 9.52% over last one month compared to 4.03% fall in S&P BSE FMCG Sector index and 2.72% drop in the SENSEX

Hindustan Unilever Ltd rose 2.46% today to trade at Rs 2270.5. The S&P BSE FMCG Sector index is up 1.33% to quote at 11459.26. The index is down 4.03 % over last one month. Among the other constituents of the index, Uttam Sugar Mills Ltd increased 2.19% and Som Distilleries & Breweries Ltd added 1.97% on the day. The S&P BSE FMCG Sector index went up 0.45 % over last one year compared to the 11.78% surge in benchmark SENSEX.

Hindustan Unilever Ltd has added 9.52% over last one month compared to 4.03% fall in S&P BSE FMCG Sector index and 2.72% drop in the SENSEX. On the BSE, 6489 shares were traded in the counter so far compared with average daily volumes of 64727 shares in the past one month. The stock hit a record high of Rs 2307.2 on 19 Feb 2020.
