Hindusthan National approves merger, appoints scrutinizer

Hindusthan National Glass & Industries announced that the directors in board meeting held on 10 February 2014 have approved the merger of Glass Equipment (India) and Quality Minerals with the company and appointed Mukesh Rathi, a practicing company secretary as scrutinizer.
