Home First Finance Company India has allotted 4,848 equity shares of Rs 2 each under ESOP. The paid-up share capital of the Company has accordingly increased from Rs. 17,52,97,886 consisting of 8,76,48,943 equity shares having a face value of Rs. 2/- each to Rs. 17,53,07,582 of 8,76,53,791 equity shares having a face value of Rs. 2/- each.
