Housing Development Finance Corporation allots 3.41 lakh equity shares under ESOS
Capital Market Housing Development Finance Corporation has approved the allotment of 3,41,369 equity shares of Rs. 2 each of the Corporation pursuant to exercise of stock options by certain employees of the Corporation.
Post the above allotment, the paid-up share capital of the Corporation is Rs. 360,03,91,804 consisting of 180,01,95,902 equity shares of Rs. 2 each.
